At Ocean Leather, we accept returns and exchanges for eligible products. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the Size Doesn't Fit or the Item Isn't What You Expected
If you are not satisfied with the size or if the item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns due to customer preference are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If There Is a Problem with the Product
If the item you received is defective or differs from the item you ordered, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or staining upon return.
- Any accessories or included items are missing.
- The product page or promotional campaign specifically states that returns are not accepted.
T-Shirts
Size Exchanges
Ocean Leather offers size exchanges for T-shirts. If you would like to exchange the size of your T-shirt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Size exchanges are available only for unused items. We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Items with tags removed
- Items that are damaged, stained, or show signs of wear
- Items that cannot be returned in the same packaging condition as when received
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges. Please send the item back with prepaid shipping. The replacement item will be shipped with shipping charges collected upon delivery.
Please note: Returns for customer-related reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind about the design, are not accepted.
If There Is a Problem with the Product
If the T-shirt you received is defective or if you received the wrong item, we will promptly arrange a replacement.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
In these cases, Ocean Leather will cover both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or staining upon return.
- The product page or promotional campaign states that returns or exchanges are not accepted.
- The item has been washed or altered by the customer.
- Tags or labels have been removed.
Please note: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we may be unable to process the exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
