Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over ¥5,000. For orders under ¥5,000, a shipping fee of ¥500 will apply.

Domestic shipping will be handled by Yamato Transport, and international shipping will be via EMS. The shipping method is specified by us, and customers are not able to select their preferred method.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that delivery times may be affected by natural disasters or major events in certain regions.

We take great care to ensure that the packaging is secure to prevent any damage to the outer box during transit. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, there may be issues or damages caused during transportation.

We ask for your understanding in cases where there are minor scratches or dents to the outer box, as long as it does not affect the use of the product itself.
