Refund Policy
Ocean Leather accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For size issues or dissatisfaction with the product:Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs for customer-related returns are at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received. Please use the same packaging materials that were used during delivery for returns.
In case of product defects:If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will process a return or exchange promptly. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Please return the item using the same packaging materials. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Conditions for which returns or exchanges are not accepted:We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- The product shows signs of use, damage, or contamination.
- Accessories or parts of the product are missing.
- The product page or campaign page explicitly states that returns are not accepted.
Refund (if applicable):Once the return is processed and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the return's receipt. You will also be informed about whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Return (if applicable):The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable. If a refund is requested, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery of exchanged items may take longer depending on your location.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.
Exchange (if applicable):Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at oceanleather@ko-yo-freeze.co.jp and return the product to the following address:

Refund Delays or Processing Issues (if applicable):If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account for any updates. If the information you provided is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account after we complete the refund process.
If the refund has not been processed, please contact your bank as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable):Refunds are accepted for regular-priced items, but we do not accept refunds for sale items.
