日本国内向けの配送について

送料について

本ウェブサイト(以下、「当店」)は¥5,000以上お買い上げの場合送料無料でお届けいたします。¥5,000以下の場合は送料¥500となります。

配送方法について

国内配送はヤマト運輸にてお届けいたします。配送方法は当店指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様がご選択頂くことは出来ません。

配送日数について

入金確認後、5営業日以内に出荷させていただきます。

自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

配送中の破損等について

梱包の際は外箱に傷やへこみが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後に輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。

本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱の傷やへこみ等はご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。


Shipping Policy for U.S. Customers

Shipping to the United States

We ship orders to the United States via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs procedures.

Duties and Taxes

For eligible shipments to the United States, applicable duties, taxes, and import-related fees are collected at checkout and included in the total amount paid.

In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

However, customs procedures and import regulations are subject to change, and additional charges may be assessed by U.S. authorities in exceptional circumstances. Ocean Leather is not responsible for any such charges imposed by customs authorities.

Tracking Information

All EMS shipments include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, EMS will send tracking information directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your email for delivery updates and notifications.

If you do not receive a tracking notification, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.

Customs Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control. Ocean Leather cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Europe

We ship orders to European countries via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures, but most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, or local postal services.

Duties, VAT and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ocean Leather has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be charged.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding import regulations and applicable taxes.

Special Delivery Information for France

For deliveries to France, some apartment buildings and residential complexes require a door access code ("Digicode") for postal carriers to enter the building.

If your address requires a door access code, please include the code and your phone number in the shipping address section when placing your order.

Example:
If your door code is 2004, please enter:
Digicode 2004

If the door code is not provided and the recipient cannot be reached by phone, the postal carrier may be unable to access the building. In such cases, a delivery notice may not be left, and the parcel may be held at a local post office, resulting in delivery delays or return of the shipment.

While some regional areas may allow delivery without a door code, recipients in major cities such as Paris are strongly advised to provide both a door code and a valid phone number to ensure successful delivery.

Missed Delivery Information for France

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of EMS delivery in France, a delivery notice from Chronopost (the EMS delivery partner in France) will be left in the mailbox whenever possible.

The delivery notice contains instructions regarding redelivery or parcel collection.

Parcels held at a post office are generally kept for up to 14 days. If the parcel is not collected within the holding period, it may be returned to Japan.

Please ensure that you regularly check your mailbox and tracking updates after shipment to avoid delays or returns.
