We will repair or repair Ocean Leather products for a fee only if they are within the warranty period shown below. Please note that products with custom specifications may have a separate warranty period.

We will provide you with an approximate repair/repair fee, and if you agree with the details, please send the product to our store.

2. Warranty period The warranty period for applicable products is within one year for products whose unit price is 20,000 yen or less, and within 3 years for products whose price exceeds 20,000 yen.
3. Warranty Scope Even within the warranty period, the following damage will not be covered by the warranty. Even if repairs are performed, the warranty period will start from the date of original delivery of the product.
