The problem with the official online shop has been resolved.

Last week, around September 13th, there was a problem with the official online shop.
Because I tried to log in from an environment where I had not logged in for a long time, a temporary lock was placed on my account and I was unable to access the management screen.
(In other words, because I was on a business trip overseas that week, I logged into the management screen from overseas, so it was locked.)
Normally, you should receive a release email when the lock is applied, but it never arrived and I was having a hard time unlocking it.
I contacted customer support many times and had them resend the cancellation email several times, but it never arrived.
However, it was resolved successfully yesterday afternoon. I was able to enter the management screen by re-registering the registered email.
