Fishing Fest 2025 Has Come to a Close – Thank You for Visiting Us!

We had the pleasure of exhibiting at Fishing Fest 2025, held over three days from January 17th to 19th. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth!

Fishing Fest was a huge success again this year! It was a truly valuable opportunity for us to connect directly with fellow fishing enthusiasts.
Many visitors came to our booth, eager to learn more about our real-color fish leather and products. Some were genuinely surprised, saying things like, "I’ve never seen anything like this!" or "I didn’t know this kind of product even existed!" That reaction really confirmed for us that our products resonate with those who love fish and fishing.
Most Popular Items
Our top items this time were the Makuake-exclusive card holders, long wallets, and zip-around wallets made with real-color yellowtail (buri) leather.
We received many happy comments like, “It’s so smooth!” and “Surprisingly light and durable!” It meant a lot to see so many people actually pick them up and try them.
Some visitors guessed the type of fish just by looking: “Is this amberjack?” “This has to be mahi-mahi!” — we even ended up holding a mini quiz session on the spot!
Since we had so many fishing lovers around, we also introduced our custom order option: “Send us a fish you caught (over 50 cm), and we’ll turn it into a leather product just for you!” This got a great reaction too.

Gratitude From the Team
Through all the interactions at Fishing Fest, our desire to share the charm of fish leather grew even stronger.
We understand that for many, this was their first time seeing or touching fish leather. Some had concerns about the smell or durability — and we’re committed to continuing our work so that one day, fish leather will be widely recognized as a standard leather option. We also hope more people will come to know the story behind how and why we started making fish leather.

With Fishing Fest wrapped up, we’re now preparing for Fishing Show Osaka 2025, happening from January 31 to February 2.
